VISION & LEADERSHIP
Vertical RE was founded by Jeff Pintar, a real estate leader with over 20 years of experience and innovation in all aspects of the industry. Jeff believes that real estate is not just about finding property—it’s about becoming part of his clients’ DNA and making their needs his own to provide crucial direction and support at every level.
As the founding force behind Vertical RE, it’s no wonder that the company’s values mirror Jeff’s own guiding principles. The diligence, work ethic and cooperative spirit that Jeff applied to his own early days in the industry are the hallmarks of Vertical RE’s culture today.
Jeff’s real estate career began in 1992 with CB Richard Ellis, where he learned the ropes as a retail brokerage specialist, building networks and creating ever-expanding circles of clientele by going the extra mile for them. It was in these formative years that he realized the true asset he could be to his clients, standing in to coordinate financial consulting, valuation, construction and property management services. This is where Jeff’s philosophy of maximizing client relationships began, a powerful idea that is at the root of Vertical RE’s offering.
After his tenure at CB Richard Lewis, Jeff served as a National Partner at Panattoni Development Company, as the company developed and delivered over 40 million square feet of commercial projects valued over $5 billion.
When the real estate bubble burst, Jeff reevaluated everything, turning his attention to single-family homes. Since then he has been using his skills to attract large-scale, institutional investors in to acquire distressed properties throughout the Western United States. This paved the way for the formation of Vertical RE, which focuses Jeff’s vision of a truly integrated real estate group.
Jeff earned his Bachelor of Science in Marketing at California State University, Fresno. When not pursuing his passion for real estate, Jeff enjoys surfing, golfing, participating in charitable activities and spending time with his family.
